About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store on Hartenstraat in Amsterdam. This is a fixed‑term position for a minimum of 14 hours per week, offering the chance to represent an iconic workwear brand in a vibrant retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and convey brand stories in the store setting.
- Drive sales and ensure weekly targets are met.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain visual display standards.
- Follow all operational store policies and procedures.
- Develop product knowledge and a deeper understanding of the business.
Required profile
- Experience in retail or customer‑service roles.
- Confident, outgoing and able to sell effectively.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
- Availability for a minimum of 14 hours per week on a fixed‑term basis.
