Sales Assistant (24 hrs/week, Fixed‑Term) – Amsterdam Hartenstraat

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our Carhartt WIP store on Hartenstraat in Amsterdam. The role is a fixed‑term contract for a minimum of 24 hours per week, focused on delivering the brand’s story and providing top‑class service to customers. You will work closely with the store team to ensure a welcoming environment and uphold Carhartt WIP’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate Carhartt WIP’s brand narrative.
• Drive sales and work towards weekly targets.
• Process sales transactions accurately.
• Replenish stock and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and operational procedures.
• Continuously develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or customer‑service environments.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus.
• Confident, outgoing personality with effective selling abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
