Sales Development Representative – Israel

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will prospect, qualify, and generate leads to support Datadog’s growth in the Israel market. You will work closely with internal teams to help IT and technology innovators understand Datadog’s value in digital transformation and cloud migration.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate cross‑functionally with various Datadog teams.
• Drive initial prospect qualification and schedule discovery meetings.
• Develop, present, and implement strategies for acquiring new business.
• Conduct outbound outreach by cold calling and emailing prospective customers.
• Follow a defined methodology to identify each customer’s unique needs.

Required profile

• Motivated by a career in sales.
• Fluent in Hebrew (must).
• Innate curiosity and desire to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable learning from rejection and succeeding with teammates.
