Sales Development Representative – Remote Europe

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will own the coordinated process of building a qualified pipeline for Carbon Robotics in the European market. This involves multi‑touch, multi‑channel outreach to farmers and agribusinesses, delivering relevant information about the LaserWeeder™ and arranging meetings that fuel the company’s revenue engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own prospecting activities and manage accounts, contacts and leads in Hubspot CRM.
• Meet or exceed lead and meeting quotas through multi‑channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, text).
• Qualify interested farmers and schedule deeper‑dive sales meetings for field reps or HQ sales director.
• Track all activity, pipeline and opportunities in Hubspot and provide market intelligence to internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to generate pipeline revenue and conduct extensive call and email campaigns.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup.
