Sales Engineer

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer for the EMEA region to support the sales team by demonstrating the value of its digital‑asset infrastructure platform to prospective clients across banking, fintech, Web3 and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and Proof‑of‑Concepts in collaboration with Sales Directors.
• Design technical solutions that integrate Fireblocks’ infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Present technical content to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
• Guide customers through onboarding, integrating the MPC‑based wallet infrastructure and APIs.
• Lead technical responses to RFPs and work closely with Product, R&D and Security teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect or similar pre‑sales role within SaaS, fintech, blockchain or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with financial‑services workflows, Web3 infrastructure and blockchain transaction models.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
