Sales Operations Coordinator (Indoor Sales)

About the role

Destinus develops high-speed, autonomous flight systems for defense, working with government agencies and defense organisations worldwide. As its Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will bring structure and preparation to the Business Development team, keeping the sales funnel accurate, the BDs ready for customer conversations and commercial activity moving forward. You will own the coordination behind meetings, events, CRM activity, sales materials and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Sales funnel and CRM management: keep opportunities, stages, contacts and next actions accurate, clean up stale records, produce funnel and pipeline reports and flag at-risk opportunities
• Event and meeting planning: organise BD meetings around trade shows, conferences and customer visits, pre-book meetings, and handle invitations, confirmations, calendars and follow-ups
• BD readiness and sales enablement: prepare pitch decks, one-pagers and briefing packs, maintain a version-controlled library of sales materials with Marketing and Product
• Data and analytics support: pull reports, build simple dashboards, track pipeline metrics, support forecasting and management reporting, and highlight trends and gaps
• Team coordination and administration: act as the internal point of contact for the BD team and coordinate with Marketing, Product and the wider Commercial organisation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or a relevant vocational qualification with hands-on sales support experience
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, inside sales or commercial administration
• Fluent English; another European language is an advantage
• Eligibility to obtain or hold the required security clearance within an EU member state

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms
• Good working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting or BI tools
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
