Scrum Master / Agile Coach

About the role

Greenflux is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support its seven development teams and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate and improve Scrum events at product and team level, including backlog refinements, sprint planning, reviews, daily scrums and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to adopt agile principles, promote self‑organization and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Heads of Engineering on backlog management, stakeholder communication, technical debt resolution and value maximisation.
• Define, track and analyse key metrics to monitor business outcomes and organisational performance.
• Support teams in adopting modern engineering practices and agile tools.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a large‑scale enterprise agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and agile principles, with excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, able to manage conflicts and act as a servant leader.

Required skills

• Experience with agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Notion and Miro.
• Knowledge of Large‑Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework is a plus.
