Senior Backend Engineer (Go) - AI Infrastructure

About the Role

Join Creative Fabrica, a leading subscription platform serving millions of creators worldwide. As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting our multimodal generation pipeline, driving the technological backbone of our cutting-edge Studio AI suite.

Main Missions

• Architect and develop high-concurrency Go microservices to orchestrate heavy AI workloads across multiple media types (image, video, audio, 3D, and vector graphics).
• Optimize ConnectRPC services and asynchronous processing pipelines using Kafka and SQS to ensure seamless data flow.
• Manage massive data throughput on AWS, ensuring scalability and reliability of the 'Creative Engine'.
• Collaborate closely with AI Researchers to transform raw model outputs into a fluid, professional-grade 'One Person Studio' user experience.
• Drive performance engineering and maintain robust cloud infrastructure using EKS, S3, and Lambda.

Profile Required

• Proven experience as a Senior Backend Engineer, specifically with Go in a high-scale production environment.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Experience handling large-scale data processing and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Ability to work at the intersection of backend engineering and AI implementation.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on performance optimization and system reliability.
