Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Mako EMEA

About the role

Stryker’s Mako Robotics division is expanding its robotic orthopaedic surgery platform across EMEA. The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will shape the regional brand strategy, drive adoption, and support long‑term portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term EMEA Mako brand strategy.
• Integrate Mako into annual marketing plans for knee and hip portfolios.
• Lead pan‑EMEA marketing campaigns and customer‑engagement initiatives.
• Partner with US upstream and downstream teams to align global and regional priorities.
• Build strong relationships with local marketing teams, commercial leaders and key opinion leaders.
• Develop scalable marketing assets and programmes that can be localised across Europe.
• Support product lifecycle management, launches and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Analyse market performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Mentor and develop Brand Marketing team members.
• Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business units within a complex matrix organisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Significant experience within medical devices, preferably in capital equipment or robotics marketing.
• Previous people‑leadership experience and strong stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work in complex international matrix organisations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
