Senior C++ Software Engineer with DevOps ownership

About the role

TOPIC develops high‑tech software for advanced medical systems, semiconductor equipment and other precision machines. As a Senior C++ Software Engineer you will design and implement complex embedded software while also improving the team’s DevOps processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and verify subsystems, modules and components for embedded systems.
• Integrate software with complex hardware and software stacks.
• Apply OOP, UML, unit testing and modern design principles.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines, automate builds and test execution.
• Develop Python tooling to eliminate repetitive manual work.
• Support colleagues in adopting better engineering practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in high‑tech or embedded software development.
• Proven track record of delivering object‑oriented C++ solutions.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, build automation and DevOps mindset.
