Senior Consultant IT Risk & Control

About the role

As a Senior Consultant IT Risk & Control at PwC, you will help corporate and public organisations manage and mitigate IT‑related risks. You will work with multidisciplinary, international teams, using digital innovations such as Generative AI to design practical risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise IT processes and systems to identify risk exposures.
• Develop comprehensive IT risk frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Create reports and dashboards that deliver clear insights into IT risks and controls for clients and stakeholders.
• Support companies preparing for U.S. public listings by implementing SOX‑compliant IT General Controls and improving user‑access review, onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT risk analysis, control design or related consulting projects.
• Master’s degree in Business Information Management, Technical Business Administration, Business Administration or a comparable Business/IT field.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary, international teams.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with digital developments, innovative solutions and market trends.

Required skills

• SOX compliance and IT General Controls implementation.
• GDPR knowledge.
• SOC 1 reporting experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with risk‑analysis methodologies.
