Senior Manager, Business Enablement Solutions PMO

About the role

This senior leadership position drives high‑impact business transformation initiatives across Europe, Latin America and Canada, partnering with senior leaders and overseeing a team of project management professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex cross‑functional programs, ensuring delivery against strategic objectives, timelines, budgets and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage program charters, governance structures, integrated project plans, budgets, resource plans and execution roadmaps.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to align priorities, define scope and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Establish portfolio governance processes providing visibility into program performance, resource capacity, risks, dependencies and investment decisions.
• Lead deployment of new technology solutions and standardized business processes, ensuring adoption and realization of intended benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program or project management and business transformation.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams of project management professionals.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional programs with budgets, timelines, governance and risk management.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution and communication skills.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• PROSCI Change Management certification.
• Lean methodology certification or practical Lean experience.
