Senior Manager Change & Business Readiness

About the role

The Senior Manager – Change & Business Readiness leads end‑to‑end adoption and business readiness for complex transformation releases within Johnson & Johnson’s Transcend Programme, focusing on the Deliver capabilities of the OTC value stream.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change, engagement, training and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring readiness from impact assessment through hypercare.
• Act as subject‑matter leader for Logistics, Customer Excellence and Global Trade Services, aligning business readiness with critical OTC scenarios.
• Drive Change Impact Assessments, localisation of impacts and develop site‑level action plans.
• Define learning needs, deliver role‑based scenario training and manage super‑user mobilisation.
• Own deployment readiness, cutover planning and business continuity for go‑live phases.
• Provide executive‑level reporting on readiness status, risks and adoption KPIs.

Required profile

• 10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness or Transformation programmes.
• Proven track record in S/4HANA or ERP‑enabled transformation projects.
• Deep expertise in Supply Chain, especially Order‑to‑Cash, Logistics, Customer Excellence and Global Trade Services.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams, influence senior stakeholders and drive measurable adoption outcomes.

What we offer

• Base salary €82,900 – €144,210 per year.
