Senior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to lead marketing activities for our residential portfolio in the Netherlands. You will drive brand awareness, generate leads, improve occupancy and enhance the resident experience across the full resident journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans for Dutch brands and locations, aligning with commercial and asset goals.
• Manage marketing budgets, coordinate with agencies and internal teams, and monitor performance.
• Lead campaigns across digital channels, content, websites, CRM, social media, events and resident communications.
• Analyse data and customer feedback to optimise campaigns and the resident journey.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Leasing, Asset Management and the wider Marketing team.
• Protect and grow the Greystar brand while keeping resident experience central.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive and commercially minded with a strong sense of structure and flexibility.
• Ability to translate commercial and asset objectives into clear marketing actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
