Senior Product Owner - Integrations & Platform

About the role

An international B2B SaaS company is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead its integration platform, which connects enterprise customer systems. This is a hands-on product role focused on enterprise integrations, APIs and platform capabilities rather than customer-facing features. You will own the product area end-to-end, working directly with customers, engineers and technology partners to design scalable integration solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Integration & Platform product area from strategy through delivery.
• Define product vision, roadmap and priorities for enterprise integrations.
• Translate customer operational workflows into scalable integration logic.
• Design product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering teams on API-first solutions and drive integrations with ERP, HR, finance, scheduling and other enterprise systems.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand their processes and validate solutions.
• Coordinate with third-party software vendors and technology partners.
• Improve customer onboarding, automation and platform adoption.
• Measure product success through KPIs such as onboarding time, integration adoption, reduction of manual work, data quality and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflows through APIs, webhooks and structured integrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong experience owning enterprise integrations, API products or platform capabilities in production.
• Ability to independently translate customer business processes into technical specifications.
• Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Candidates already based in the Netherlands are strongly preferred; visa sponsorship is available for exceptional candidates willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Hands-on understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and API-driven products.
• Nice to have: experience in B2B SaaS, TravelTech, FinTech or Enterprise Software.
• Nice to have: experience integrating ERP, HR, finance or scheduling systems.
• Nice to have: knowledge of iPaaS platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi or Informatica.
• Nice to have: exposure to AI-powered workflow automation or intelligent agents, and a technical background in software or integration engineering.
