Senior Project Development Manager

About the role

Fastned is expanding its network of ultra‑fast EV charging stations across Europe and is looking for a Senior Project Development Manager to lead the delivery of new sites and tenders. You will translate strategic goals and market insights into concrete project plans and ensure their execution across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional projects that drive Fastned’s site expansion and tender development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, creating playbooks and guides for scalable operations.
• Act as the primary liaison between the Network Development team and other business units to adopt new ways of working.
• Conduct financial and market analyses and turn insights into actionable strategies rolled out across teams and regions.
• Mentor junior team members, helping them consolidate complex findings into clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex, cross‑functional projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to perform financial and market analyses.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple countries and business units.
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and driving continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English.
