Senior Project Manager – Digital Experience & Engineering

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering‑focused digital projects within its Experience & Engineering team. You will act as the main client liaison, translating technical concepts into clear action plans and ensuring successful delivery of complex online platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust through strong communication.
• Partner with clients on tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to deliver on time, on budget, and with high quality.
• Operate cross‑functionally, combining business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership.

Required profile

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a digital agency environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex online platforms integrated into client IT landscapes.
• Strong team‑building abilities and excellent communication skills across design and development teams.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholder groups (IT, communication, digital, etc.).
• Experience working with Agile/SCRUM, knowing when to apply or avoid the methodology.
• Result‑oriented planner with fluency in English.
