About the role

AVEVA is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Managers and drive strategic growth across its key accounts in the Benelux region. This remote, full‑time position combines leadership, commercial acumen, and deep industry insight to expand AVEVA’s market presence and revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Directly manage, coach and develop a team of Account Managers covering strategic accounts.
  • Promote AVEVA software products and services to existing and new customers.
  • Assist Account Managers in creating Strategic Account Plans and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
  • Coach on CRM usage, sales processes, pipeline health and forecasting.
  • Engage directly with customers, build trusted relationships, and act as executive sponsor for key accounts.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with customers.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership (VP of Market, Director) to align sales strategy.

Required profile

  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams in B2B environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to influence customers and internal stakeholders at senior levels.
  • Proactive, results‑driven mindset with excellent industry insight.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (approximately 30‑40% of the time).
