Senior SAP Authorizations & Security Architect

About the role

Did you always want to work in a company where your work can have a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity at the Boxmeer facility for a Senior Specialist - SAP Authorizations and Security Architect.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategy, design, and implementation of SAP authorizations and security across multiple SAP platforms, including cloud environments.
• Serve as a member of cross‑functional projects, providing expertise to resolve complex questions and supporting program‑wide initiatives.
• Develop technical strategy and best practices for SAP authorizations design, ensuring system compliance.
• Offer security and compliance guidance for project and process improvement initiatives and direct ERP Center of Excellence teams.
• Coordinate authorization technical support, lead improvement initiatives, and translate business needs into technical designs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years’ experience with SAP Authorizations, Security Design, and rollout/implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA, Fiori, BI and at least one end‑to‑end SAP Security design or implementation.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud solutions (e.g., BTP, Datasphere, Ariba, SolMan/Cloud ALM, IAG/IAM, HANA DB Security) is an advantage.
• Strong experience with SAP GRC, SoD ruleset maintenance, risk remediation and SOX audit/IT controls support.
• Experience in Life Sciences and GxP‑regulated environments is preferred.
