About the role

Join Axon as a Senior Technical Program Manager in Amsterdam. You will lead high‑visibility enterprise‑grade product deployments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that protect life and enhance public trust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex enterprise‑grade product deployments, including milestones, resource planning, scope, timeline and risk.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency and on‑time delivery.
• Ensure project documentation supports customer acceptance and revenue recognition.
• Support pre‑sales scoping and post‑sales implementation handoff.
• Maintain customer confidence in high‑pressure situations and remove obstacles through creativity.
• Own the relationship with third‑party integrators and clients throughout the contract.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to manage change requests and roadmap alignment.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to increase deployment speed and quality.

Required profile

• Fluency in German and English.
• European citizenship and willingness to undergo a security check.
• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering highly complex technical programs.
• Proven track record of enterprise‑level software or infrastructure deployments.
• Deep expertise in cross‑functional project delivery with sales, engineering and product teams.
• Mastery of program/project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SCRUM.
• Experience gathering requirements, optimizing workflows and facilitating change management.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
