Senior Tender Specialist (Dutch Speaking)

About the role

As a Senior Tender Specialist at Stryker, you will drive the identification and execution of tender opportunities that support healthcare providers in delivering better patient outcomes. This hybrid role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful tender submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor internal and external tender platforms to identify opportunities aligned with business goals.
• Lead kick‑off and review meetings, establishing timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.
• Prepare qualification criteria and make Go/No‑Go decisions.
• Develop and manage tender action plans, documentation requirements and submission deadlines.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams throughout the tender process.
• Communicate status, risks and updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Maintain tender content library and forecasting reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in tender or bid management.
• Fully fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end tender processes.
