Service Desk Analyst – IT Support & Field Services Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Service Desk & Field Services Consultant to join our growing IT support team in Amsterdam. The role combines hands‑on desktop support with on‑site field services, providing fast, customer‑focused solutions for a diverse user base.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line support for Windows and macOS devices, handling incidents and service requests.
• Manage Office 365, SCCM/Intune, and device imaging processes.
• Maintain Active Directory, VPN access, and user account provisioning.
• Use ServiceNow and Jira to log, track, and resolve tickets following ITIL best practices.
• Perform hardware and software troubleshooting both remotely and on‑site at the Amsterdam office and, occasionally, at Goes and Zwolle locations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, EUC or Service Desk environments.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Willingness to work onsite five days a week with occasional travel.
