Site Acquisition Consultant (Dutch Speaking) – Maastricht

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Site Acquisition Consultant who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our team in Maastricht. The role focuses on expanding our telecommunications network by identifying, evaluating, and securing new sites for infrastructure development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential locations for new network infrastructure.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to evaluate suitability.
• Negotiate lease agreements and contracts with property owners and landlords.
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure contract compliance with local regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineering teams for seamless site integration.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders to obtain approvals and permits.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Proven experience in site acquisition, real estate or telecommunications.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch zoning laws and permitting processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
