Software Developer – Full Stack (C#/.NET)

About the role

As a Software Developer at ABF you will join a close‑knit team of nine developers, working in a dedicated sub‑team to build high‑quality internal and external software solutions. You will translate business needs into clean, efficient, and scalable code while ensuring thorough documentation and testing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom‑built applications, supporting a bi‑weekly release cycle.
• Review code and provide constructive feedback to raise team standards.
• Refactor and optimise existing code to improve performance and reduce technical debt.
• Translate user stories into clear development tasks and write comprehensive unit tests.
• Proactively propose architecture and system‑design improvements, collaborating with the IT Manager or Team Lead.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years experience as a Full‑Stack or Back‑End Developer.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment and collaborating within a small team.

Required skills

• HTML, CSS

• SQL, Blazor
• Azure DevOps (or similar CI/CD platform)
• Microservices, Kubernetes, Microsoft Azure

What we offer

• Salary €4,500 – €5,200 gross per month (depending on experience).
• 28 vacation days plus 8.5 % holiday allowance.
