Solutions Architect – Cloud & AI

About the role

Symphony Solutions is seeking a Solutions Architect to drive technical credibility across the pre‑sales cycle and translate client needs into robust, deliverable architectures. The role combines pre‑sales leadership, enterprise architecture design, and active contribution to AI services for iGaming, Aviation, and Healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pre‑sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, discovery workshops and technical proposals.
• Design and document high‑load, cloud‑native architectures using microservices and event‑driven patterns.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure scalable, secure implementations on AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Mentor and guide software development teams, applying Lean/Agile and scaling frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Integrate AI and generative‑AI services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Cognitive, Vertex AI) into client solutions while addressing security and compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software development experience (Python, Java or Node.js).
• 3+ years in a solution architecture role within a product or service company.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
• Strong background in pre‑sales engagements and client‑facing communication.
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level (CEFR).
