Spare Parts Coordinator

About the role

TMC is looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator in Boxmeer, the Netherlands. You will process and follow up on new and existing spare parts quotes and orders, working closely with a Customer Support Coordinator and a Customer Care Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process spare parts requests such as quotations, orders, return requests, delivery and price inquiries from customers or internal departments
• Follow every parts request through to completion
• Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations
• Communicate with the supply chain about availability, delivery dates and other matters affecting spare parts delivery
• Escalate and resolve compromised service levels or customer expectations related to spare parts issues
• Provide information needed for spare parts forecasting and demand planning
• Plan and prepare spare parts packages for planned maintenance activities
• Act as an advocate for customers, ensuring their needs are met quickly and efficiently
• Communicate regularly with colleagues and departments within the organisation and carry out other duties assigned by the business
