Spare Parts Officer – Customer Service & Care

About the role
As a Spare Parts Officer you will be the main point of contact for customers worldwide, ensuring fast and accurate handling of spare‑parts orders. You will work directly for an international coating‑technology company, combining technical knowledge with administrative expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and quotations in the ERP system, guaranteeing correct and timely delivery.
- Assist customers in using the online portal and provide proactive advice to improve their ordering experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and optimise the order‑to‑delivery workflow.
- Identify and suggest process improvements that increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative or technical experience (MBO level or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Good command of English and a functional level of Dutch, with willingness to improve.
Required skills
- Experience with Exact ERP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic competence in interpreting technical drawings.
What we offer
- Direct permanent contract with the client.
- Day‑shift, 32 hours per week (full‑time negotiable).
- Salary up to €3 950 gross per month (based on experience).
- 25 vacation days plus 12 ADV days.
