Store Stock Operator

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator you will act as the bridge between the stockroom and the shop floor at Levi Strauss & Co. in Lelystad. You will support the Store Manager and Stock Manager in maintaining product availability, presentation and inventory accuracy, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily sales and KPI data with the Store Manager to identify replenishment opportunities.
• Execute efficient and accurate stock replenishment on the shop floor each day.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, assorted and tagged both on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and maintain the stockroom to optimise space and accessibility.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant experience in stock operations or retail inventory.
• Strategic thinking, flexibility and ability to drive change.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
