Strategy and Execution Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Strategy and Execution Manager to join our Amsterdam team. You will work with senior clients and internal multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver data‑driven business strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
• Identify, assess, and evaluate new project ideas and opportunities for both clients and the firm.
• Prepare and deliver workshops, presentations, and other communications for senior executives.
• Lead and manage client projects, overseeing one or more work streams while guiding junior colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate insights into actionable business solutions.
• Travel as required by project needs.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable field.
• Master’s degree with strong academic results.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire teams.
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.
