Strategy and Execution Principal

About the role

Adaptfy is seeking a Strategy and Execution Principal to join its Amsterdam team. The role combines high‑level consulting with data‑driven solution design, supporting the SHV family of companies in their digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C‑level client stakeholders to drive impactful change.
• Lead and coach project teams, ensuring delivery of data‑enabled strategic hypotheses and advanced analyses.
• Design pragmatic strategies, actionable insights, and value‑based business cases.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project management, including multiple work streams and senior stakeholder coordination.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities for both clients and Adaptfy.
• Contribute to internal capability building, content development, and company‑wide initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑11 years of consulting experience, preferably in strategy, data analytics or related practice areas.
• Proven ability to engage with C‑level executives and influence business decisions.
• Strong track record of leading teams, providing coaching, and delivering complex projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
