Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to join Kuros Biosciences in Bilthoven. The role supports end‑to‑end supply chain processes, from planning and forecasting to inventory and purchasing, while ensuring data quality across our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ERP support for Microsoft Dynamics, collecting and maintaining accurate material master data.
• Manage master data quality for customers, products, vendors and employees, implementing cleansing and governance procedures.
• Support Sales & Operations Planning by gathering and analysing sales forecasts, production plans and inventory levels.
• Perform data analytics using Power BI, SQL and Python to identify trends, build dashboards and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for operations and supply chain, highlighting anomalies and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to collaborate with ERP administrators and business stakeholders.
