Talent Acquisition Intern (Utrecht / Amsterdam)

About the role

JDE Peet's is looking for two Talent Acquisition Interns to join its HR team in Utrecht. The internship is hands-on: you take ownership of recruitment activities and work closely with candidates, hiring managers and HR professionals in an international environment. Two openings are offered: a Dutch-speaking team in Utrecht, and an English-speaking team covering Utrecht and Amsterdam.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internships, from posting vacancies and screening applications to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring decisions.
• Act as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal teams and external partners.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and events.
• Track recruitment activities and KPIs to help the team find areas for improvement.
• Take part in Talent Management projects, internal events and other HR initiatives, and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Student currently enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or HBO programme, preferably in HR, Business, Organisational Studies, Marketing or Communications.
• The internship must be completed as part of your academic curriculum.
• Dutch-speaking team: native or near-native Dutch and strong English; English-speaking team: fluent English, Dutch not needed.
• Available from January 2027, registered at an educational institution and living in the Netherlands for the whole internship, with an institution willing to sign an internship agreement.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with MS Office, especially Excel.

What we offer

• Monthly internship allowance of EUR 525 for a full-time internship.
• Travel expense reimbursement if you are not eligible for free student public transport.
• Paid vacation days during the internship period.
