Talent Supply Chain Consultant – Remote (Netherlands)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join its international MSP team. Working from a home office in the Netherlands, you will partner with hiring managers to procure temporary and contract talent, leveraging procurement technology and a consultative approach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
• Conduct consultation calls with hiring managers to define needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Utilise procurement technology tools to move requisitions through internal client processes.
• Provide detailed documentation and data to the supply‑chain team via conference calls.
• Track daily requisition progress, follow up, and ensure timely delivery.
• Apply candidate assessment and selection techniques to shortlist top talent.
• Support financial processes including time‑card, expense management, invoicing and corrections.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and negotiate bill rates in line with market benchmarks.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in workforce management and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with procurement technology platforms.
• Strong client‑facing and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, maintain urgency and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of market rate benchmarking and negotiation.
