Team Lead Electronics Assembly

About the role

As the Team Lead for Electronics Assembly you will manage a dedicated technical team of four while staying hands‑on with daily production of radar systems. You will bridge technical coaching with clear goal‑setting, scheduling and team development, reporting directly to the Department Head and collaborating with Production, Engineering and Planning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily hands‑on support with soldering, assembling, testing and calibrating electronic parts.
• Assign tasks, set goals and keep workflow smooth for the team.
• Plan schedules, approve timesheets and manage leave requests.
• Coach team members, resolve bottlenecks and promote skill growth.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• MBO4 or equivalent work experience in Electronics, Mechatronics or a related high‑tech field.
• 3+ years experience in high‑tech manufacturing, assembly or engineering.
• Proven experience leading a technical sub‑team of 2‑8 people.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with electronics and assembly processes.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
