Team Lead – Inside Sales

About the role

Take the next step in your leadership career by heading an international Inside Sales team at ABF. You’ll develop people, create structure and drive commercial growth for a financially stable, family‑owned business serving customers in over 110 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of six Inside Sales professionals, fostering a supportive and structured environment.
• Conduct regular performance and development conversations, monitor KPIs and steer the team towards targets.
• Act as first point of escalation for commercial and operational challenges, supporting complex quotations, pricing and customer cases.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, high service quality and continuous improvement.
• Drive commercial results by taking ownership of sales results, margins, and identifying up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of leadership experience in a commercial, Inside Sales or B2B customer‑focused environment.
• Commercial and results‑driven mindset, comfortable working with targets, KPIs and data.
• Strong communication skills, confident giving feedback and making decisions.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) to operate in an international setting.
• Availability for a full‑time role (40 h/week) or 32‑36 h/week.
