Team Lead – Salesforce Commercial

About the role

Adyen is seeking an experienced Team Lead for its Salesforce Commercial team in Amsterdam. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will guide a group of admins and developers to optimise and integrate the company’s commercial engine while fostering a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the team, overseeing daily operations, 1:1s, performance reviews and career progression.
• Foster a high‑performing environment that encourages cross‑functional collaboration within RevOps.
• Facilitate Scrum execution by running ceremonies, removing blockers and monitoring team velocity.
• Own capacity planning, allocating resources and sequencing work based on team availability and backlog priorities.
• Manage technical debt in partnership with the Technical Architect, ensuring realistic scheduling.
• Drive functional alignment with Product Owner, GTMO, tooling, Salesforce Service and other RevOps stakeholders.
• Provide transparent reporting on project timelines and delivery progress to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a fast‑paced environment as a Senior Admin, Product Owner or similar, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience partnering with senior technical staff such as Architects or Tech Leads.
• Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects and initiatives.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience leading a team, driving Scrum ceremonies and managing change adoption.
