Technical Sales & Support Specialist (EL Service)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Technical Sales & Support Specialist for its EL Service business in Rotterdam. The role reports to the EL Sales Support Manager and acts as the key link between customers, sales and engineering, supporting customers with technical advice and tailored quotations for service solutions in low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on service solutions for low- and medium-voltage installations
• Prepare accurate quotations fully aligned with customer needs
• Negotiate with ABB factories and suppliers on pricing and delivery
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to provide the best customer support
• Maintain clear and accurate administration

Required profile

• MBO+ or Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
• Experience in a technical or commercial role (junior to mid level)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• A flexible, customer-focused and independent mindset
