Trainee Account Manager (Dutch Speaker)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing communications‑technology company as a Trainee Account Manager. You will work primarily with mid‑to‑large UK enterprises, gaining a deep understanding of the product portfolio and the market while building a clear pathway from trainee to senior account manager.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the company’s offering and the competitive landscape.
• Support senior account managers with up‑selling and cross‑selling activities.
• Independently manage lower‑spend accounts and drive new business through prospecting, LinkedIn outreach and strategic email campaigns.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
• After 9‑12 months, meet clients face‑to‑face and take full ownership of business relationships.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a self‑motivated attitude.
• Ambitious, determined and eager to succeed in a sales environment.
