Training Coordinator

About the role

The Training Coordinator supports the Global Training Center (GTC) in Veldhoven, ensuring that engineers and external customers receive the right training at the right time. You will work with a diverse, worldwide team to plan, schedule, and deliver training sessions for ASML’s Customer Support department.

Key responsibilities

• Collect training data, allocate slots, and create events & sessions in the MyLearning LMS.
• Publish training schedules and communicate updates to managers, project leaders, instructors, students, and external vendors.
• Support Local Training Coordinators worldwide with training‑related issues.
• Troubleshoot MyLearning and answer user questions.
• Secure training facilities (classrooms, projectors, flip‑overs) and manage related logistics.
• Generate purchase orders in EasyBuy for training resources.

Required profile

• Intermediate vocational education (MBO) or Bachelor’s degree (HBO).
• 2‑5+ years of planning and administration experience in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (MyLearning or Cornerstone on Demand).
• Strong customer orientation, clear communication, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced setting.
