Transaction Services Manager – Financial Due Diligence

About the role
We are looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as a Manager. You will work with senior experts on transformation, restructurings and transaction services, primarily focusing on financial due diligence for company sales and purchases.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial due diligence procedures for the sale and purchase of companies, identifying issues that may impact the transaction.
- Identify key business drivers and deliver value to clients through high‑quality reports and presentations.
- Manage day‑to‑day engagements, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
- Prepare deliverables, including reports, presentations and stakeholder discussions.
- Steer and guide team members while contributing to business development and thought leadership.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration or business economics.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
- Fluent in Dutch and English and eligible to work in the EU.
- Strong financial analytical and accounting knowledge, with the ability to translate numbers into structured reports.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
