Vice President of Operations & General Management

About the role

Kuros Biosciences is seeking a Vice President of Operations & General Management to lead its Bilthoven site. The role oversees the full spectrum of operations, from product development and manufacturing to supply chain and site governance, supporting the company’s global portfolio of spine and orthopedic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations, production, supply‑chain and customer service delivery.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that align with product development, regulatory registration and commercial growth.
• Manage facilities, lease negotiations, site selection and vendor relationships.
• Own annual budgeting, financial tracking, KPI development and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Represent Kuros before Dutch authorities for site‑related activities.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Executive leadership.
• Travel domestically and internationally 20‑30% as required.

Required profile

• Senior leader with extensive experience in operations, manufacturing or supply‑chain within the medical‑device or biotech sector.
• Proven track record of managing large, cross‑functional teams and delivering operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of EU medical‑device regulations and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
