VP of Revenue Operations

About the role

We are looking for our VP of Operations to bring our commercial engine, business systems and customer insights under one roof. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a unified operations organisation of around 20 people across Revenue Operations, Business Applications, enterprise systems and Customer Insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a single Operations function covering Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partner Operations, Business Applications and Customer Insights, building a consistent operating model.
• Partner with commercial leadership on pipeline, forecasting, segmentation, sales capacity and compensation design.
• Own the growth architecture, turning retention, expansion and new‑logo generation into measurable motions with clear targets.
• Deliver Salesforce 2.0, drive CPQ implementation and manage the GTM application stack (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Salesloft, Spiff, 6sense) and related integrations.
• Govern a single source of truth for data and metrics in partnership with Finance and Internal Analytics.
• Embed AI and agentic tooling across the commercial stack to boost productivity and forecasting accuracy.

Required profile

• 12+ years in Revenue Operations, commercial or business operations within high‑growth B2B SaaS, including senior leadership experience.
• Proven multi‑function leadership across at least two of Sales, Customer Success, Marketing or Partner Operations, ideally with ownership of business applications or a CRM platform.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen (ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline, pricing, unit economics, compensation design).
• Deep experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a track record of CRM/CPQ transformation and data governance at scale.
• Hands‑on experience using AI/agentic tools to automate workflows and improve decision‑making.
