About the role
Join PwC’s Indirect Taxes business unit as a Working Student and gain hands‑on experience with VAT and Customs matters for Dutch and international clients. Over a three‑month period you will work several days a week alongside senior consultants, learning how tax theory translates into real‑world advisory work.
Key responsibilities
- Shadow tax experts and support advisory projects on VAT, Customs and related compliance topics.
- Assist in the analysis and optimisation of client processes using PwC’s technology platforms.
- Contribute to the preparation of tax documentation, reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Dutch Tax practice and international teams.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to deepen tax knowledge.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a university programme studying Tax Law or Tax Economics.
- Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about tax regulations.
- Ambition to develop a career as a tax consultant.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
