Cleanroom Operator – Medical Device Manufacturing

About the role

STENTiT is seeking a Cleanroom Operator to join its fast‑moving startup in Eindhoven. You will work in a controlled ISO‑6 environment, supporting the production of innovative regenerative endovascular implants that aim to restore damaged blood vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Perform production and assembly tasks following detailed protocols, work instructions and SOPs.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and guidelines to prevent contamination.
• Inspect and test products to ensure they meet stringent quality requirements.
• Record and document all production activities and results accurately.
• Collaborate with R&D to provide feedback on the manufacturing process and suggest improvements.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of cleanroom facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience working in a cleanroom environment (ISO‑6), preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and collaborate in a team‑oriented setting.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
