Content & Social Media Manager

About the role

Authic is a fast‑growing SaaS platform for loyalty and engagement in sports, beauty and hospitality. We need a creative leader who can produce, edit and publish short‑form video content while shaping our overall social media strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and publish Reels, TikToks and LinkedIn videos from our office and client locations.
• Manage daily activity on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn – content creation, captions, stories and community engagement.
• Maintain a content calendar that stays on‑trend and ensures consistent publishing.
• Identify emerging formats and act quickly to capitalize on them.
• Collaborate with product, client‑story and campaign teams on launches and marketing initiatives.
• Support broader marketing efforts such as newsletters, events and partner communications.
• Track performance metrics and translate data into content decisions.

Required profile

• Proven portfolio of social‑media video content (personal, brand or freelance).
• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
• Hands‑on video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Deep understanding of what drives performance on Instagram and TikTok.
• Proactive idea generator who does not wait for assignments.
• Experience in a startup, scale‑up or agency is a strong plus.
• Business‑level English; Dutch is a bonus.
• Degree is optional – track record matters more.
