Freelance Cleaner – Flexible Hours & Weekly Pay

About the role

Weschoon is seeking self‑employed cleaners to provide high‑standard residential and commercial cleaning across the Netherlands. You will work independently, setting your own schedule via a smart app while delivering green, cross‑contamination‑preventive cleaning services.

Key responsibilities

• Perform standard, deep, and move‑in/move‑out cleaning in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, factories and construction sites.
• Dust furniture, equipment, walls and partitions; clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, appliances and kitchenettes.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots and pans; replenish supplies in restrooms and break rooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum or hand‑scrub floors; empty trash and recyclables; wipe down walls, doors, baseboards and woodwork.
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and company policies; report any issues to the manager.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in the Netherlands.
• Self‑employed/freelance status.
• Friendly, professional, hardworking, loyal and honest.
• Ability to arrive on time at client locations and follow instructions.
• Basic English or Dutch communication skills.

Required skills

• General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies and techniques.

What we offer

• Part‑time work: 10‑25 hours per week.
• Gross pay €19.15 per hour, paid weekly.
• Flexible scheduling via a smart app; you set your own hours.
• Extra day off on your birthday, 8 % holiday pay and 26 holiday days (full‑time equivalent).
