About the role

Verisure Netherlands is seeking a Legal Director to join the local Management Team and report directly to the Managing Director. This senior position will shape the Dutch legal agenda, professionalise the function, and deliver quick‑wins while building a sustainable legal foundation for rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the Dutch legal agenda, balancing hands‑on execution with strategic oversight.
• Professionalise legal processes, raise standards, and implement governance frameworks.
• Provide commercial, pragmatic legal advice to the Managing Director, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with the Group Legal function and leverage support from more mature markets.
• Identify and deliver tangible quick‑wins at Management Team level.
• Build long‑term legal structures to support scalable growth.
