Medior In‑House / Social Producer

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Medior In‑House / Social Producer to lead internal video and photography productions for social‑first campaigns. You will work closely with creatives, editors and account teams to turn ideas into high‑quality content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Key responsibilities

• Produce social‑first and in‑house content across fast‑paced shoots, ongoing series and larger campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from concept to delivery.
• Translate creative ideas into detailed production plans, including timelines, budgets, shot‑lists, crew schedules and delivery milestones.
• Optimize production workflows by identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing best practices for future projects.
• Advise on crew selection and team composition, matching internal or external talent to each project for maximum creative impact.
• Ensure platform‑specific technical standards are applied, delivering assets tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.

Required profile

• A couple of years of experience as a Producer, In‑House Producer or Social Producer, preferably in a creative agency or digital‑first brand.
• Proven experience setting up and running small‑crew in‑house shoots, content‑heavy days and recurring formats.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and the ability to produce fast, relevant, high‑quality content.
• Comfortable managing multiple productions simultaneously, from quick social edits to full‑day shoots.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
