Property Operations Internship

About the role

We are looking for a Property Operations Intern to join Greystar’s on‑site team in the Netherlands. The internship offers a hands‑on experience in resident services, community events and day‑to‑day property management within a leading global real‑estate platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily property checks and greet residents.
• Manage key handovers and provide tours of facilities.
• Inspect studios or apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Answer resident inquiries at the service desk and via phone.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to maintain a safe environment.
• Brainstorm, plan and organise community events such as wine tastings, yoga classes or pub quizzes.

Required profile

• Eager to learn all aspects of property operations.
• Strong communication skills and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Team‑player who can coordinate with maintenance and other departments.
