Join a pioneering Green Hydrogen Production Company at the forefront of the energy transition. As a Senior Construction Planner, you will play a critical role in orchestrating complex EPC/EPCM projects, ensuring seamless integration from engineering to commissioning in a high-stakes, innovative environment.

Missions principales

• Develop and maintain fully integrated Level 3 EPC/EPCM project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Establish and manage the project baseline in accordance with the approved Basis of Schedule and change control processes.
• Perform monthly schedule updates, including progress measurement, data collection, and baseline variance analysis.
• Monitor critical paths and near-critical activities to identify scheduling risks and emerging trends.
• Conduct schedule impact assessments for changes, risks, and variations to support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain Progress Measurement Systems (PMS), including progress curves and Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, "what-if" scenarios, and schedule optimization/compression studies.
• Interface with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and subcontractors to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Profil recherché

• Engineering degree, Project Management degree, or a similar technical discipline.
• 5 to 10+ years of proven experience in construction planning for large-scale, complex industrial projects.
• Extensive experience working within EPCM environments.
• Ability to work autonomously within a structured project control environment.
• Strong professional judgment and technical expertise in project controls.
